The Group’s journey began with the establishment of Intune Outsourcing in 2007, creating a foundation of operational expertise and business management experience. This early success laid the groundwork for future expansion into property and construction sectors, allowing the Group to diversify strategically while strengthening its international footprint.

Over the years, KI Property Group has introduced multiple successful businesses, each representing a key milestone in the Group’s progression. AJ Homes Developments, launched in 2016, marked a major step into residential property development and investment opportunities within the UK market. The company focused on delivering modern, high-quality developments designed around contemporary lifestyles and long-term value.

In 2019, Meridian Construction further strengthened the Group’s position by bringing specialist construction expertise into the organisation. This allowed KI Property Group to oversee projects with greater efficiency, consistency, and quality control across every stage of development.

The expansion continued internationally with Arkos in Malaysia in 2020, reflecting the Group’s ambition to establish a broader global presence. Soon after, KI Developments and KI Construction were introduced in 2021, reinforcing the Group’s integrated approach to property development and construction services. In 2022, KI Management expanded the Group’s capabilities even further by offering professional property management services designed to support investors and homeowners long after project completion.

Most recently, Magical Homes was launched in Dubai in 2024, representing another exciting chapter in the Group’s international growth journey. This continued expansion demonstrates KI Property Group’s ability to adapt to changing markets while maintaining a consistent vision for excellence.
